EACH STORY THE CAMP 2025: First Artist Lineup Announced! Tickets on Sale Now
Celebrating its 5th anniversary this year, EACH STORY THE CAMP 2025—widely regarded as “the most beautiful music festival in Japan”—has just unveiled its first wave of artists.
Headlining the announcement is Danish guitar virtuoso Jakob Bro, a key figure from Germany’s prestigious ECM label and a featured artist in the acclaimed music documentary Music for Black Pigeons, which saw its Japan premiere in spring 2024.
Joining him is Midori Takada, a composer and percussionist known for her legendary album Through the Looking Glass—a cult classic of Japanese ambient, new age, and minimalist music that has earned global acclaim in recent years.
Also returning after a powerful debut at EACH STORY 2023 is pianist The Vernon Spring, whose recent album Under A Familiar Sun received high praise internationally. The lineup further features the long-awaited appearance of Kuniyuki Takahashi, a producer internationally revered for his boundary-pushing vision of dance music.
In a rare and highly anticipated duo performance, jazz drummer Shun Ishiwaka and uniquely expressive percussionist Mami Kadoh will bring a special collaboration to the stage.
From the very first year of EACH STORY, singer/trackmaker ermhoi returns once again, the only artist to perform at every edition so far. Also unmissable is a special obscure DJ set from Chee Shimizu, a pioneering force in the global rediscovery of new age and ambient music.
Rounding out the lineup are two key figures in the Japanese music scene: critic, label head, and cultural influencer Masaaki Hara, and genre-defying DJ/curator Shhhhh, delivering a special DJ set that reflects the spirit of EACH STORY itself.
With a distinctive lineup of truly one-of-a-kind artists from Japan and beyond, this year’s EACH STORY promises another unforgettable sonic experience.
Tickets are now on sale—don’t miss your chance to be part of it.
