Be part of the story we create together.
EACH STORY is now recruiting — STORY CREW —
those who will join us in building, running,
and closing this year's festival.
We welcome people who are ready to trade their time
and energy to become a true part of the story,
and who can communicate in Japanese.
DAY for A DAY System
Dates:
Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6, 2024
Location: Gokou Ranch Auto Camp Ground
1417, Hizawa, Kawakami-mura,
Minamisaku-gun, Nagano Prefecture

Contribute for one full day (approx. 8 hours),
and receive a 1-day festival ticket (worth ¥13,000)

Contribute for two days (approx. 12 hours or more),
and receive a 2-day pass (worth ¥22,000)

On festival days (Oct 4 & 5),
“half-day work + half-day experience” is also possible

On Oct 6 (Mon),
help with teardown and receive a 2-day pass plus free staff lodging (*Requires advance agreement — see below)
Agreement Regarding Final Day (Oct 6) Cleanup Participation
Why this agreement matters
EACH STORY is built on mutual trust and the goodwill of everyone involved. The final day’s cleanup is a vital part of returning the site to its natural state — it is the closing chapter of our shared story.
In the past, however, some participants who enjoyed the event days did not return for the cleanup, without notice.
This placed a heavy burden on those who stayed and made it difficult to sustain a trust-based system.
That’s why we ask for your understanding and agreement.
We want to offer the 2-day pass (worth ¥22,000) with gratitude to those who see the story through to the very end.
