A. Please understand that no refunds, cancellations, or changes to each ticket will be made for any reason. Please keep your tickets in a safe place until the day of the performance and bring them to the venue. If the actual ticket cannot be confirmed at the venue from the above, you must be sure to repurchase the ticket at the local price.
A. Children aged 7 to 18 require a child ticket and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children aged 6 and under can enter for free but must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A. It is not possible to purchase one 2-day admission ticket and share it with more than one person. Each person must purchase one admission ticket.
A. In the event that the event is unavoidably canceled or postponed by the organizer due to weather, disaster, or other reasons, a refund will be issued for the amount of the ticket price minus the handling fee for payment, ticket issuance fee, and transfer fee. The refund method will be announced on the official website at a later date, so please be sure to keep your ticket with you. However, if the event is canceled in the middle of the event, tickets and incidental expenses (travel, accommodation, etc., including cancellation fees) will not be refunded. Please understand this in advance.
A. To use the campsite, you must purchase both an admission ticket and a campsite ticket. If you’re arriving by car or staying in an auto campsite, you’ll also need either a day camp ticket or a parking ticket.
