Lake Stage

Beside the shimmering waters of a natural biotope, this is the main stage

— the very heart of

EACH STORY.
From morning light to the hush of evening, and into the deep glow of night, it transforms with every passing hour, offering an ever-changing canvas of sound and atmosphere.

Hill Stage

At the crest of a rolling hill,

where natural grass sways

in the breeze, a DJ booth and

intimate side stage await.

From here, you can feel the whole ofEACH STORY —
as sunlight spills, the wind drifts through, and music flows

freely into the open air.

River Stage

Set along the gentle banks of a

forest stream, this stage

welcomessound designer

Pardon Kimura.
Here, flowing water and music intertwine, creating an entirely new kind of listening experience—
one where nature and

sound move as one.

space opera symphony

This experimental project uses the " now here machine " to convert the life signals of

various microorganisms and plants into sound,

creating a unique collaboration between these natural entities and humans.

"An experimental performance where the biological signals of fungi and

plants are convertedinto sound using the nowheremachine,

creating music in collaboration with humans.

"This year, COMPACT Shrine presents "Space Opera Symphonie" at

EACH STORY with a unique ensemble.

Fungi gathered from participants using bread dough will be transformed into

electronic sounds, forming a space-like symphony with live performances.

Everyone will be a co-creator in this musical exploration.

Look forward to possible surprise performers!

Since the 1980s, Yoshio Ojima has been a leading figure in Japanese environmental music—now enjoying renewed recognition worldwide.
In collaboration with dublab.jp, the Japan branch of the LA-born internet radio

station dublab, he presents a site-specific sound installation powered by AISO,

a system that perpetually composes new music. For this work, Ojima,

pianist Satsuki Shibano, and Portland-based duo

Visible Cloaks deconstruct and continuously reassemble their collaborative

piece“Lapis Lazuli” from the album serenitatem (RVNG Intl.).

Specially adapted for Each Story, this iteration is experienced through

the pristine sound of ADAM Audio—the Berlin-born,

high-fidelity monitor speaker brand—offering an entirely new way to listen,
